Registration Deadline

All alumni must register through the online portal by the Nov 27, 2025.

Credential Security

Use your official UIU Student ID and Date of Birth for initial verification.

Photograph Check

Registration for the 8th Convocation of UIU will be completed once the photograph is reviewed and approved.

Fee Structure

Convocation fees details will be displayed and payable immediately after confirming registration details.

Guest Passes

Guest passes (up to 2) are allocated only after successful registration and fee payment.
